March 2 – Farmington male was arrested for third-degree narcotics possession and fifth-degree possession of methamphetamine near Hazeltine Boulevard in Chanhassen.
March 2 – An individual reported her mailbox had been damaged overnight on Mill Street in Shorewood. Estimated damage at $300.
March 2 – An individual reported numerous items had been taken from her apartment on Mill Street in Excelsior. Total loss estimated at $1,800.
March 2 – Minnetonka female was arrested on an outstanding warrant after her vehicle was stopped for an equipment violation near West Point Road and Manitou Road in Tonka Bay.
March 2 – Tonka Bay female was arrested for fourth-degree driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.13 after she was stopped for numerous traffic violations near Oak Street and Beehrle Avenue in Excelsior.
March 2 – Wayzata male was arrested for fourth-degree driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.11 after officers observed his driving behavior and checked on the driver as he pulled off the road near the 24000 block of Smithtown Road in Shorewood.
March 3 – Two teens, a Chanhassen male and Tonka Bay female, were cited for underage consumption at Water Street and George Street in Excelsior.
March 3 – Norwood female was arrested for second-degree driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.26 after she was stopped for numerous traffic violations near Highway 7 and Oak Street in Excelsior.
March 3 – One vehicle was involved in a crash on Christmas Lake Road and Highway 7 in Greenwood. No injuries were reported.
March 3 – Excelsior male was arrested for third-degree driving while impaired after he was stopped for a traffic violation near Beehrle Avenue and Oak Street in Excelsior. Driver refused to submit to a breath test.
March 4 – Minneapolis male was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, obstructing the legal process and possession of marijuana after officers responded to a call of an unwanted person in Shorewood.
March 4 – Noise complaint on Third Avenue in Excelsior.
March 4 – An individual reported someone had tapped on her laundry window on Sweetwater Circle in Shorewood. Officers searched around the area and did not locate anyone.
March 4 – Minnetonka female was arrested for second-degree driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.18 after she was stopped for numerous traffic violations near Highway 7 and Pipewood Circle in Chanhassen.
March 4 – Excelsior female was citied for underage drinking and driving after she was stopped for an equipment violation near Morse Avenue and Third Street in Excelsior.
March 4 – Loud music complaint on Linden Street in Excelsior.
March 4 – An individual reported someone had rang his doorbell twice and then ran from the area on Parkview Lane in Shorewood.
March 5 – Wilmar male was arrested for third-degree driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.16 after he was stopped for speeding near Eureka Road and Highway 7 in Shorewood.
March 5 – An individual reported a suspicious vehicle parked in the St. John’s Church parking lot on Mill Street in Excelsior. Officers checked on the vehicle and found nothing suspicious.
March 5 – Bloomington female was arrested for fourth-degree driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.13 after she was stopped for a traffic violation near Third Street and Smith Street in Excelsior.
March 6 – Apple Valley male was arrested for third-degree driving while impaired with a blood-alcohol content of 0.14 after he was stopped for an equipment and traffic violation near Highway 7 and Vine Hill Road in Shorewood.
March 6 – An individual reported ongoing harassment issues on Mallard Lane in Shorewood.
March 6 – Civil matter between a business and customer on Excelsior Boulevard in Excelsior.
March 6 – Two vehicles crashed on Highway 7 and Morse Avenue in Excelsior. No injuries were reported.
March 6 – Excelsior male was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after officers executed a search warrant at his residence on Third Avenue in Excelsior.
March 7 – Officers responded to a juvenile disturbance at McDonald’s on Excelsior Boulevard in Excelsior. Upon arrival, officers were notified the juveniles had left the area.
March 8 – Two vehicles were involved in a crash on Highways 41 and 7 in Shorewood. No injuries were reported,
March 8 – Civil matter between a business and customer on Water Street in Excelsior.

Included in the Deephaven Police reports for February were these incidents: There were 212 written citations, 132 verbal warnings, 22 written warnings and 96 radio calls.
This included 78 citations for speeding, five citations for driving after suspension, two for driving after revocation, six cases of driving while impaired, 13 medical calls, three crashes, 17 alarms and two permits to acquire a handgun.
Deephaven Police assisted the South Lake Minnetonka Police Department five times, and provided assistance once during the month to the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office, Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office Water Patrol, Three Rivers Park District and Minnetonka Police.
