Tonka Dance Team holds clinic
Minnetonka High School’s Competition Dance team, the “Skipperettes, will host a winter dance clinic noon to 3 p.m. Friday, March 1, at Minnetonka High School.
The clinic is open for ages 4-14 to learn new dance moves and put together a short dance routine. Dancers will perform at halftime at an MHS Boys Junior Varsity Basketball game that night.
No prior dance experience is required to attend – participants will be grouped by age and ability. Dancers will receive a rhinestone dance t-shirt to perform in and will have fun learning dance technique and playing games with the Minnetonka Skipperettes. Check-in begins at 11:30 a.m. at the high school’s west entrance.
