Sons of Norway examines history of Olsen Fish in Minnetonka
The Vestland Lodge Sons of Norway will host a presentation, “The History of Olsen Fish Company,” by Chris Dorff 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Minnetonka Community Center, 14600 Minnetonka Blvd., Minnetonka.
Dorff’s presentation will feature slides and stories, along with herring samples.
Olsen Fish Company has existed for more than 100 years and is the largest lutefisk producer in the world.
The event is open to the public.
