Navarre meeting set for Feb. 11
The City of Orono will hold a series of meetings this winter and spring to gather input from residents and businesses regarding future planning efforts in the Navarre neighborhood.
The first meeting is set for 5 p.m., Monday, Feb. 11, in Orono City Council Chambers, 2780 Kelley Parkway.
The meeting will include an update on recent activities regarding Navarre, as well as a review of street lighting options under consideration.
Additionally, representatives from the Hennepin County Transportation Department will provide an overview of various potential pedestrian and traffic safety improvements currently being studied.
Future meetings are tentatively scheduled for Monday, April 8, and Monday, June 10.
