Ice shelters Feb. 13 at French Regional Park in Plymouth

The Three Rivers Park District is hosting “Homeschool: Ice Shelters” 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Feb. 13, at French Regional Park, 12605 Rockford Rd., in Plymouth.

Find out the different techniques for building three different snow shelters: igloos, snow caves and quinzhees. Then build your own quinzhee. All equipment is provided.

Cost is $5 and reservations are required. Call 763-559-6700 to make reservations.
