Winter carnival Feb. 8 at Our Savior Church
Our Savior Lutheran Church and School will host a free community winter carnival and open house 5-8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8, at Our Savior, 23290 Hwy 7, in Excelsior.
This mid-winter event is open to families with children of all ages, and will feature carnival games with prizes, glitter tattoos, wacky hairdos and face-painting. Kids can also explore a life-size Jena game, indoor jousting ring and a bouncy thing.
Veggie Tales characters Bob and Larry will be available for photos. Hot dogs, cotton candy and beverages will be served. Free parking in the church lot.
