Winter Extravaganza skating event Dec. 8 in Minnetonka
The public is invited to the annual Winter Extravaganza skating exhibition 12:30-4:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8, at the Minnetonka Ice Arena, 3401 Williston Road, Minnetonka.
This free event, hosted by the Lake Minnetonka Figure Skating Club, will feature individual skaters and five synchronized skating teams. There will also be a silent auction with proceeds funding travel costs for the teams.
Donations are being taken for Winter Warm Wear to benefit ResourceWest in Hopkins.
