Heart Health for the Season event Dec. 13 in Plymouth
Minneapolis Heart Institute will host Ultimate Holiday Gift: Heart Health for the Season 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Avenue North.
The evening will begin with sign-in and a sampling of heart-healthy appetizers. The programming will begin at 6:30 p.m. where cardiologist David Hurrell and dietician Susan White.
Hurrell will speak on key heart tests; when they are needed and what the results mean. White will discuss the latest research and what it says about eating smart for cardio health. There is no cost to attend.
