Three Rivers plans bird count Dec. 15 at Lowry Nature Center

The Three River Park District is hosting “Audubon Christmas Bird Count” 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at Lowry Nature Center, 7025 Victoria Dr., in Victoria.

Beginners and expert birders alike are invited to take part in this annual, nationwide census of birds.

Call Lowry at 763-694-7650 to sign up for a section of the park, and advise if attending a full- or half-day program. This program is co-sponsored by the Minnesota Ornithologists’ Union.

This program is free and open to ages 10 and older.
